March into Jubilee Revival is upon us. Feb. 20 to 24 7 pm nightly at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Kingsport, just off the Bloomingdale Parkway.

COPPER WIRE price is out the roof!!  The construction on the new facility is progressing quickly lately meaning that money is going out rapidly.  It would be very advantageous for us to go ahead and install permanent power at this time.  However, the coper wire to do this is extremely expensive.  Please remember that the facility is nearly as long as a foot ball field from end to end.  The cost of just the wire is 34,000.00 dollars.  Yes, you read it right  34 thousand dollars for the wire alone.  One couple has given 2000 dollars toward the wire and commented that if only 14 more couples would do the same we would have 30 thousand dollars!!  Do what you can!!  You may want to help and if you do you can donate on this page or use the US mail by sending your gift to Copper Wire P.O. We are presently working in the Lobby area installing partition walls and pouring concrete.  Masons, electricians and the plumper are all working so we need to really pray that God will provide the means financially. Let's just all keep doing what we can!!  Pressing forward, believing God, achieving progress . . . .    by His grace for His glory!

SATURDAYS ALIVE 4 K-5 will be held every other Saturday with rotating schedules. This is a very special bi-monthy, every other weekend, outreach to and for children in Kindergarten through the fifth grade. If you have a child or grandchild in K-5 then please get them involved!! There will be classroom sessions, crafts, music, recreation and lunch! This promises to be a growing experience for each child. Pray God's annointing on the teachers, helpers, cooks and all invovled!! Pray that God will speak to the young and tender hearts of our children! This coming Saturday the program begins at 10:30 AM We thank God the way He is blesses this Ministry to Children.

ATTENTION SENIOR CITIZENS ---Beginning the second Wednesday in September and every second WEDNESDAY of the month there after -- The Seniors 55+ will meet for fun and fellowship! A sign up sheet will be on the Communion Table at Church for you to sign up! OR, just plan to show up!!

The construction on the new facility is progressing. Pray that God will be allowed to have His way as the work goes forward. All of the over head work is nearing completion. This includes the catwalk system, lighting, duct work of the heating cooling systems, all electrical lines and painting. We have pretty much finished up the outside of the building with the exception of the section where we need to leave open for trucks to move inside. Once we have the floors all poured we will close up this section. The exterior framing for the windows and doors are installed as well. The rough in plumping is in the main restrooms and various other underground work has been done also. Remember that this is a multi-million dollar effort BUT we are more than half way there financially! This is a tremendous blessing but we must also keep in mind that we have a long way to go. God is Faithful and He will do it!! Let us keep trusting Him and press forward for His glory!! All of the floor in the Sanctuary is now poured, the over head work is being completed and we are preparing to begin laying up the interior walls in the lobby areas and then pouring the concrete floors throughout the lobby areas. Pray that God will continue to bless!!

Remember, Jesus said to, "render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's; and to God the things that are God's." Matthew 22:21 I think He most surely meant more than just paying taxes, don't you? "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything!" Remember, don't be ignorant and emotional but educated and engaged. Please, let's be smart enough not to be fooled by either political party!
